Dott. Alberto Giorgiutti

He graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Trieste in 1996 and spent periods of study at the Vienna University for Economics and Business and a further 6 months at the Wirtschaft Universitaet Hamburg.

Since 1996 he has further strengthened one of the leading accountancy firms in the Region by consolidating the second and third generations of the Firm’s historic Clients acquired since 1953, and has increased, through a controlled growth, the Clients base, while setting always higher quality standards and maintaining the Clients turnover below 1% per annum.

He is the administrator of Giorgiutti Srl, a firm specialising in budget drafting and payroll processing for over 500 Clients, managing a team of 25 people. He is an Associate of GIORGIUTTI Alberto & Associates as labour and reserved matters consultant; he administers the Payroll Register and related obligations and specialises in labour disputes, contractual grading, labour law, social security and national insurance regimes. He directly manages all labour-related matters for Institutional Clients, holding companies or large groups.

He has a strong disposition to manage disputes quickly and effectively for achieving transactions or reducing to the minimum the risk of labour litigations.

He closely liaises and works in team with the Clients’ professional advisors (financial, legal, safety experts, occupational doctors, etc.) in order to reach the best strategic solutions.

He has gained extensive experience in improving quality in companies, by implementing incentive systems, business management control procedures, competition protection systems, second-level contracts, outplacements, comparative and strategic assessment of personnel costs, skills mapping and risk management instruments.

He lectures at the University of Udine’s Master of Human Resources program and testifies in graduate courses and at regional training institutions.
