Graduated in Political Science from the University of Trieste in 1996.
Since 1993 he has been collaborating with a Trade Association in Trieste and in a Labor Consulting Firm in Trieste.
Since 1997 he joined as an Officer at the A.p.i. of Udine (Association of Small and Medium Industries), subsequently becoming Coordinator of the union, social security, and labor tax office.
Since 2002, he has become the Human Resources Manager of one of the main industrial companies in the Gorizia area, where he acquires skills in organization and personnel management.
He is specialized in the management of labor consultancy and human resources outsourcing, follows regulatory updates, labor litigation, and comparative cost evaluation, combining acquired managerial skills with technical knowledge of labor law.
Previous experiences both in the field of business consulting and in the direct management of human resources lead him to want to bring these skills to fruition in the field of labor consulting, becoming part of Giorgiutti Di Barbara Cattunar STP srl since 2005.
