Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Trieste in 1996, with periods of university study at the Vienna University for Economics and Business and 6 months at the Wirtschaft Universität of Hamburg.
Since 1996, he has strengthened one of the leading firms in the region, consolidating the second and third generations of the firm’s long-standing clients, acquired in the first generation since 1953. He has increased new clients with controlled growth, ensuring a quality standard and maintaining client turnover below 1% per year.
He is the administrator of GIORGIUTTI s.r.l., a company specialized in payroll processing, budgeting, and contributions for over 500 clients, managing a team of 25 people.
He is part of Giorgiutti Di Barbara Cattunar STP srl for pure labor consultancy and reserved matters: he has the mandate for managing the Single Employment Register and related obligations and is specialized in labor litigation, consultancy on contractual classifications, labor law, social security, and welfare.
It manages for Institutional Clients, for Holdings or large groups of companies the exclusive part of Labor Consulting.
He has a strong inclination for Conflict Management in a quick and resolutive manner to achieve transactions or to minimize the risk of labor litigation.
He coordinates with the clients’ Professionals (Accountants, Lawyers, Security Experts, Occupational Physicians, etc.) to achieve the best strategic solutions as a Team.
